The Arlo base station needs to be powered on and connected to your router via an Ethernet cable. The Arlo camera has a built-in rechargeable battery. You can charge the battery using the included micro USB cable and power adapter.
Steps to Setup Arlo Camera
Step 1: Unbox your Arlo camera. There are two batteries present in the box along with a magnetic charging cable, which can be connected to the USB port of your computer or an electrical outlet.
Step 2: Establish a connection between your camera and base station

Troubleshooting during Setup Arlo Camera
Incorrect Network Settings:
