Steps to Setup Arlo Camera

Step 1: Unbox your Arlo camera. There are two batteries present in the box along with a magnetic charging cable, which can be connected to the USB port of your computer or an electrical outlet.

Step 2: Establish a connection between your camera and base station

Step 3: Install the batteries into the Arlo camera by pressing them into their place. Then, slide the battery cover back into its place. Your Arlo camera will start blinking orange and green lights, indicating that it is ready for setup.

Step 4: The process will initiate automatically and once it is completed, you will see a solid green light on your base station

Step 5: Your base station will make a sound indicating that the process has been completed

Step 6: Download and install the Arlo app on your smartphone or tablet. This can be done by going to Google Play Store or iTunes depending on which phone you are using. If you are using an Android device, make sure that its OS version is 4.0 or later whereas if you are using an iOS device, its OS version should be 8 or later. Troubleshooting during Setup Arlo Camera

Incorrect Network Settings:

Many users have reported that they are unable to connect their Arlo camera to the Wi-Fi network during the setup process.
